D'Angelo, Maria (nee DiSipio) - Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday February 24, 2008 at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of Tony D'Angelo for 60 years. Cherished mother of Anna Burzese (Nino), Patricia D'Angelo and the late Giovannino D'Angelo. Treasured grandma of Daniele Burzese. Dear sister of Lea DiMuzio (late Gino) of New York, Yola DiPietro (Frank) of Sault Ste. Marie, the late Ada MarcAntonio (late Domenico) and the late Nicola DiSipio (Imelda) all of Italy. Dear sister-in-law of Marietta DiPietro (late Arturo) of Italy. Maria will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home on Thursday February 28, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. then to St. Jerome Church for a funeral mass at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Hamish Currie officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
